An eight-course dinner for twelve, hosted over two evenings. Served up with the joyful collaboration of Jay Li, founder of DOUBLES LA.

The menu was developed with seasonality in mind, sourcing ingredients from the local farmer’s market as well as our backyards. Each course aimed to incorporate namul in non-traditional ways, encouraging eaters to expand their understanding of cultural foods and authenticity. 

Recipes were collated into a publication for my final thesis presentation.
